Actually its about not valueing someone's time.
My bike was booked at *:**Am. Which gives plenty of time to reach my office whuch is around * km away from my place.
The app showed * min to reach my location and the rider took arund ** min.
I missed my deadline by * min ehich was at **:** am.
*:** to **:**.
You can check by yourself.it takes maximum ** min to reach my office and he toom **.
He said that the r*ason is traffice but isnt it obvoius.
These people accept request while laying in their bed.
Choosing rapido can also mean lesser time and just wasted around an hour of mine.
