I am writing to bring to your attention the distressing experience my family and I have encountered while booking an international holiday package through your company.

Our primary point of contact throughout this process was Mr. Sachin, who initially facilitated the package, devised the travel plan, and handled the payment arrangements. We agreed upon a package price of ***,***/- and promptly made an initial payment of ****/- to secure the package. It was clearly communicated to us that this amount was fully refundable up until ** days before the scheduled travel date, which is March **th.

However, our ordeal began when we requested a two-day extension to make payments for our flight bookings, as we were temporarily out of the city. Upon our return, Mr. Sachin informed us that the package cost had escalated to ***,***/- due to increased flight ticket prices.This unexpected change led us to cancel the package. To our dismay, Mr. Sachin reneged on the previously stated 'refund' commitment documented in our chat history and is now unresponsive to our calls.

Adding to our concerns, when attempting to track our booking through the reference ID provided by yatra team, we discovered that the ID does not exist. This discrepancy only adds to our suspicion that something is amiss. In light of these circumstances, we are seeking the immediate refund of our initial payment of *,***/-, as promised by your executive. We have attached all relevant documents, including screenshots and communication records, for your thorough review.
