On **th Jan i visited Kaya skin care Koregaon park for treatment of my hyperpigmentation at face. I already been advised by other dermatologist to go for face laser. After taking first session the doctor recommended me to take an additional face hair removal laser telling me that the hair areas on face will get dark if you continue with face laser. Out of fear i took that treatment but after *nd session that was not at all required. The face areas didn't turn dark. I approached the doctor and clinic incharge at Koregaon park branch for cancellation many times. They didn't cancelled it. The doctor is misguinding patients for growing business of the company. She should had waited for results and then recommended it unnecessary creating loss to consumers where they first of all cant afford.
