Quantum University - University Fees submission Notice during covid19 pandemic

There is a university named Quantum university. Address is **km Mile Stone, Mandawar,
Roorkee- Dehradun Highway (NH-**),
Roorkee-****** (Uttarakhand) India
All of us know that there is a pandemic situation is happening all over the India. And due to this lockdown was held up to the june that's why source of income is null or minimum (only for survive). In this situation when lockdown is ended few days ago, Quantum University post a notice regarding immediate subbmission of semester fees which is in approx lacs, so how a middle class parents is able to pay this huge amount when the sources of income just started at very small level. I would like you to help us to fight aganist these universities who gives such a mental and financial pressure to parents during this covid-** pandemic. When everyone is fighting with this virus and facing difficulties to getting some income, they want us to submit there huge fees when the classes of semester is not started yet or when there is no confirmation of pandemic end or having some vaccine to cure.
