Union Bank - Union bank money fraud

Whoever it may concern. I have made an online transaction via an app called BHIM on *st or *nd of October **** of amount **** from my union bank (Munshipulia branch) to bank of Maharashtra both are Lucknow branches but since then the money has not been received to my bank of Maharashtra account yet. I have tried and spoken to many union bank of India customer care team members call reference ********** Sudhir and ********** Swapnil and many more times with other members as well but from **** till the date today no one has given me any clear answer at all and its really pathetic service provided by the bank and its team.
