Hi, I want refund of my orderid *******. Barbeque Nation, Attapur, Hyderabad, Telangana.
Most if my order was missing. I called the Delivery partner, he said it's Restaurant's mistake, and asked me to call Restaurant. No one is picking up the call at the restaurant. I reached out to the company's social media account on Twitter.com
Again, instead of taking responsibility to resolve and refund my money back, I am being asked to repeat everything again. Disgusting. I want my Refund. If I don't get my refund, I will file for a complete compensation for the time, effort, money and psychological pain from being made to suffer for the company's fault.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
