CARE hospital Hitech city Hyderabad - unfair trade practice and medical negligence

Sub: Denial of admission in CARE HiTech Hyderabad and Continental hospital Gachibowli
Respected sir/ madam

I am an Assistant professor at MANUU, Hyderabad( central university), express my grievances as follows
My wife having a CGHS beneficiary entitlement ( university works under MHRD, Govt of India) was denied admission on **.**.**** around *am due to non availability of Gynecologist doctor while she was in labour pain with bleeding and severe pain for her delivery.

Despite of she was on regular checkup in CARE hospital Hi Tech, Hyderabad. And she also produced a refferal letter/credit letter for cashless treatment issued from MANUU, Hyderabad,

Sir/madam, she has been admitted in KIMS, Kondapur, Hyderabad on **.**.**** at *.** am with conditions of paying above Rs * lacs in cash as her condition started showing life threatening due to bleeding in ambulance and was on oxygen support as we also approached Continental hospital Gachibowli Hyderabad leading to further delays.

Sir/madam, I request you to please lodge my grievances and instruct CARE hospital, Hitech city Hyderabad to make reiumbersement of Rs * lac (approximate) along with compensation amount for putting my wife under life threatening as I have paid the said amount to KIMS, Kondapur, Hyderabad.

I also request to take strict action against Continental hospital, Gachibowli Hyderabad as it is also empenalled with our university but denied admission in hospital during emergency hours.
