On the **th of May, I ordered dinner from Adyar Ananda Bhavan Sweets Puram Coimbatore via swingy. I was billed Rs. *** adding restaurant packing charges of Rs.** in the bill. I found that packaging has A*B printed bag and found that packaging charges mentioned in that bill are Rs. *.**. I had word with swiggy regarding this matter and told them that Government has banned plastic and informed all shops to provide eco-friendly bags at no cost from the customer, how come you charge a customer for bags also which has their branding labelled on it. But swiggy fail to take action and disconnected my chat window. This may involve a small course of money but imagine on a large scale in numbers. In other words, it is called cheating, unfair business. I request your team shall look into this matter and give me the best possible solution.
