Sasta Safar Travelsees - Unethical Booking Cancellation and Poor Customer Service by SastaSafar Travelsees

I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent experience I had with SastaSafar Travels. I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Atlanta through your website under the name Indukuri Vikram. Following the booking, I was contacted by one of your customer agents, who requested a copy of my passport. After providing the requested documentation, the agent called me immediately to inform me that the ticket could not be booked due to an issue with the name.

I find this explanation unacceptable and unconvincing, as I had successfully booked a ticket on your website under the same name on August *th, ****, without any issues. Despite this, the agent canceled my booking without my permission, citing an increase in fare as the reason. This action was taken without any prior consultation or approval from my end, which is both unethical and unprofessional.

The entire experience has been marred by misinformation and a lack of transparency. The agent's behavior was extremely rude and unhelpful, further exacerbating the situation by insisting that neither SastaSafar Travels nor the airline could issue the ticket. This is contradictory and reflects poorly on company's commitment to customer service. No ethics at all in this company everyone were getting cheated
