Big Bazaar is running deceptive advertisement, "Shop for ₹**** & get ₹**** Cash back".
I placed order vide Order No. ********* on May **, **** for Rs.**** so as to avail cash back offer of Rs.****. Next day morning, someone in Big Bazaar has played mischief, unlawfully modified the order without the consent of customer deliberately to deny the cash back offer by reducing the value of the order below Rs.****. When I raised my concern and refused to take delivery of the goods, the office staff at Panvel branch first sent me OTP. After getting OTP, they showed in their records as the order delivered and later raised return request on my behalf and arranged to return the money Rs.**** to my Future Pay wallet.
Then again I placed fresh order for Rs.**** vide Order No. ********* next day. Again someone in Big Bazaar played the same mischief, unlawfully modified the order without the consent of customer and deliberately brought down the order value to Rs.**** with malicious intent to deny the Cash back offer. When I again raised my resentment to the staff at Big Bazaar (Panvel branch), they again generated an OTP and took it from me. They have again showed in the records as if the order has been delivered while the order is not even dispatched from stores. They didn't even bother to raise the return request nor refund the money to my Future Pay wallet despite continuous follow up. Nobody is properly answering the call.
I have suffered financial loss, severe inconvenience, hardship, mental torture and lot of my productive time is wasted on this due to deliberate malice and mischief on the part of the concerned employees of Big Bazaar.
Please arrange to refund my money and allow me to place another fresh order so as to be eligible for cash back offer.
I request you to take stringent disciplinary action against the malignant employees who are playing mischief with customers deliberately. Such employees nursing ill will against customers should be dismissed right away.
