I have taken a loan in Capital float ( AXio ) Loan account number KRI**E********* of Rs ****, You are charging me high interest rates and Penalty charges , why was it shown in my cibil report of ****. I will pay my outstanding amount with interest , and remove penalty charges. Otherwise I will raise a complaint to RBI
