Upon opening the package, I found a piece of unstitched yellow cloth. I was shocked to discover that I had been charged Rs. *** for this order, which I never authorized.

I immediately tried to reach out to your delivery partner to inquire about this issue and request a refund, but unfortunately, I faced great difficulty in getting the assistance I needed. The delivery partner was uncooperative and seemed disinterested in resolving the matter. This lack of support from the delivery partner has further aggravated the situation, leaving me with no option but to seek your immediate intervention.

As a loyal customer, I expect the highest level of service and integrity from Shadowfax. It is unacceptable that I have been charged for an order I did not place, and I demand an immediate refund of the Rs. *** that was deducted from my account.

I have attached the payment receipt for your reference UTR number: ************. I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a prompt response with the confirmation of the refund process.
