Icici and hdfc bank - Unauthorize Transaction

I had been scammed later they made an unautorize transaction as well from my account on *th september.Details has also been provided in the attached complaint copy.On the same day i complained to icici bank and after one day to HDFC bank as well as inforemed to cybercrime as well on that day.Stll banks are treating me like i had done something wrong they are interrogating me constantly.It is a very hard earned money that i had saved from my salary by adding penny to penny.Still banks are increasing my pain by showing there negligence and not providing emminent support.They are just words in terms of ICICI and HDFC that they work for best customer satisfaction.
I being a victim of fraud reserves all rights to seek compensation from my bank.
