icici bank - Unauthorised Transaction Happened from my credit card

On * june at **:**pm. So e fraud transaction happened from my credit card. * OTP got generated in a single minute which was not initiated by me neither i have shared any with anyone. I have raised the dispute within ** min & next day morning i have filed FIR in cyber cell still no action was taken by bank.
I got an update after few days after several follow up from Paytmcyber cell that some Croma Gift Card was purchased.
The main reason i am filing this case because there is negligence from ICICI bank side (The gift card was redeemed and product was purchased after ** hours.which mean that no investigation was done by the bank to stop this fraudulent transaction).
I have contacted the merchant (Croma) also & i got to know Apple product was purchased from Delhi karol bagh store. As per the information shared by the merchant side, if any Email was sent by bank to the merchant then this Gift card could have been null & void.
There is no point to raise the dispute in ** min as no proper investigation was done & ticket was closed by saying this is OTP based transaction(I have not shared any OTP with anyone). The customer care was shouting that we can not reopen the ticket you need to pay the dispute amount.
Croma have shared one product invoice which is not on my name (When i visited to croma for the dispute).
