The Mobikwik team never responded to the fraudulent transaction that happened on my wallet in spite of repeated reminders and follow-up. The only action they took is disabling my account so that I cannot even now verify the transaction. The company is fraud and don't know what they are doing. They don't even have a customer care centre to complain. Request everybody intervention to stop companies like this from cheating people and stealing their hard earned money. The details of the transaction are given below. There is an unauthorized transaction with transaction Id: ******* made on Feb *th, **** at *.** am for Rs. **** with the description “Paid to Zingoy”, which I never authorized. I have complained to them within hours after this transaction is done. I have attached Invoice downloaded from Mobikwik website and also my passport copy attached for Identification and Address proof and sent them to the fraud alerts mail Id they gave. Tries reaching their customer care numbers which for some reason are not working. I have never authorized the transaction nor have Purchased anything from “Zingoy” Website earlier. I haven’t used the Wallet from Aug **** as I didn’t have the need for it. I have money which is refunded from Myntra in **** and is now debited for the above transaction. Again request your intervention to bring this company to answer and refund everyone's money. I m not alone in this fraud but I see others with exactly the same complaint.
