naukri.com - Unauthorised and fraudulent website and domain name

This complaint is regarding the fake domain id from which I had been receiving emails and had received calls from the company saying that they are registered as recruiters with www.naukri.com with a different domain id as fastservicesnaukri.com. It was about a job opening in Kota location as a Junior credit manager in ICICI bank. They said that to avail paid services of naukri.com I'll have to pay registration fee of Rs. **** and I will receive a registration id. I made the payment into an account for which they had provided me details and copy of the email and payment is attached herewith. I need your help to file complaint about this domain name and take away all their admin rights.
