Olymp Trade app - Unable to withdraw my own trading amount by the app

I was using Olymp app from long time. I have **k amount in my account wallet. I need money for some urgent need so I processed withdraw from the app then I got a alert saying "Your account has been blocked, please contract the support department.'. Kindly help me to get my money back.
