The salesperson asked me to pay the required amount for further processing
November *th- Paid RS-**** through their web portal
November **th- Engineer visited and denied for installation due to less network coverage
November **th- Raised a refund request
No response from them till now.
Called customer care *-* times. Every time they say that "You have to raise a refund request to" which I have already done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
