I purchased an item(A ladies suit) from byfocals.com and it does not match with the photo displayed and the quality promised on the website.
The color of the dupatta is not matching with the suit.There is no embroidery as shown in the website display pic.I have been totally cheated by them.
I initiated a refund case on the same day of delivery (it is mentioned on their site that returns are possible if initiated within * days)
Now there is absolutely no response from their side.I have been continuously writing emails to them but there is ZERO response.Even the phone number mentioned on the website is switched off!!
I need to get my money back!
