https www hopscotch in - Unable to get my refunds

Dear Team,
I purchased * dresses from hopscotch on **th Aug & *th Sep resp. Then due to size issue, returened them. The executive came, checked the products and took away.
then Hopscotch updated everystep on their website from handover to warehouse that they have accepted the returns, they issued my refunds as well updated on website.
Then after ** days I am continously following up regarding my refunds, now they are saying that I have retuned wrong products and they kept my refunds as well.
And responding regarding my refunds.

I wanted to you help me for my refunds.
This is my hard and earn money.
I returned the products in a way I have received but after this, still unable to get my refunds.
Kindly help me out.
