We would like to bring your kind attention to the fact that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Selfcare Portal is of No Use as we are not able to download any mobile bills registered on the site as we always get an error "No records Found" which is very irritating and hinders our day to day operations because we have to send one official person to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Office every month who in turn needs to wait in long ques which wastes our precious time and energy. Sometimes after waiting for long times in the line Link Failure happens which wastes entire days time, efforts and energy for the human resources. I have raised many complaints to the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited office, mailed several times for the same but No Response nor any action is taken by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited to resolve the issue till now.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is full of lazy people who do not perform their part of work and does not takes any work responsibility.Please take urgent actions on the issue...
