Respected Sir, I, Suresh Chauhan, had applied for a New Broadband connection of on ** October ****. Just two days later i.e. ** October ****, I got a message from BSNL that my request for new connection was completed and they also allotted me new telephone number ******* against my application. It remained me shocked as nothing was done in real by then. My connection could be installed only after sharp ** days later from the applying date. Here it is to be noticed that BSNL had started my billing from the ** October **** itself, whereas my connection was installed on ** November ****.
