- Unable to claim warranty properly Open
MSI after-sale service is so bad. As the graphic card/Video card isn't working while in the warranty period, I have sent it to the service from the authorized service center (Vijayawada, A.P). MSI service provider isn't resolving the issue and sending back the defective graphic card the same way and it happened even twice. Please help in this regard and make them fully repair the graphic card or replace it if can't be repaired or at least make them provide me back with the bill amount and other traveling charges around the service center. I even attached supporting documents. Kindly help me.
