- Tyre alignment and damage issue in maruti vitara brezza Open

I have raised my complaint to Maruti on Jul ** regarding tyre wear issue. They asked to visit a service centre so I visit the service centre and identified that wheel alignment was out. So I asked for a solution so they said will pay only **% but I refused them this offer on basis that I have purchased MCP kit in advance which they told they will take care of service for * years or * services whichever will be earlier. Now only * service and only ** months completed. Car runs only ***** km so replace the tyres otherwise, I'll go to consumer court. So after * days, they offered to pay **% of * tyres cost. I refused this offer as well. They called for visits * to * times but no further action done in this matter. A lot of mail communications done with Maruti and goyal motors but no appropriate solution is given. Instead of solution they just waste the time and only harassment has given to me. In frustration I handover the vehicle to goyal motors poanta sahib service station on August **. Several mail communications did to them but still, they are not serious to resolve the issue. Today on September ** when I visit the service centre I found a dent on the car along with scratch which was not earlier on the car. When asked the service centre person they denied for any solution and responsibility. No appropriate response was given by them, at last, I took my car from the service centre. Please take action against goyal motors and Maruti Suzuki to provide me justice.
