I've been waiting for the TV panel to arrive for more than ** days now, this is really annoying. I haven't been able to watch TV for over ** days. What's the point of paying **K for a premium TV?
I've also been told by the support guys that people from L* will be calling me within ** hours but, i haven't heard back from anyone despite raising the issue * times. This is terrible customer service. Please arrange for either of the two:
*. Replace the TV right away! I really can't wait any longer for the panel to arrive. *This is serious*
*. Full refund for the TV
Issues I'm facing with the TV:
- Flickering vertical lines on the entire screen
- Restarts on its own
- Google Now gets activated despite turning it off
- Takes too long for the TV to boot
