I booked Dudhsagar Trip on **th October for today, i.e., **th October. Since then I have not been assigned any person from Thrillophilia to coordinate on this tour till now when officially my tour has already started.
Yesterday I called thrillophilia support to let me know contact details of the operator and now today number shared of the tour agent shared by your support is not picking up the call.
I have never seen such mismanagement and this is really very unprofessional behavior. Our whole day is wasted due to this. You people charge full money at the time of booking and then this is the behaviour you people exhibit, you have ruined our whole itinerary, we need refund along with extra interest because as a Compensation for this nuisance as soon as possible otherwise consequences won't be good.
