Actually I booked my honeymoon in November **** but due to Covid in **** I had to postpone it. So I booked it via Travel Triangle but postponed it to June but we could not go in June also because Bali was closed because of travel restrictions. So Agent came into picture and agent said that we will give you the said trip within two years of whenever the restrictions are lifted of traveling.

So we waited, in the meantime I asked agent if we could go to some other place apart from Bali but there was never a positive response from them and finally in March **** the restrictions were lifted and since then I have been after the agent to give me the travel that they promised but they have been dilly-dallying it on a daily basis and I also asked them to change it to Dubai but they were not very positive about it still and I have actually lost hope now its been like * months of following up with them and I am not getting positive response positive vibes from them so now I just want my money back along with the compensation for harassment by the agent and Travel Triangle itself.

So it will be great if you can help me to get that done.
