Awsometrip - Trip amount taken but neither trip happened not money returned

I have booked a trip to Tadoba. As per their package, I paid **k and then **k total **k for the entire trip with Awsometrip.

I paid amount around August *. Every time when I enquire about my money they coming up with new excused and not returning my money. I am attaching their bank details and the transactions.
I have recorded conversations and chat of their promises and regarding refund which never happened.
