I ordered a dress with customised stitching from this website, www.theindianfashion.in on **st March ****.
Was supposed to receive a confirmation email but didn't get one until **nd March so I emailed their support team on this email address care@theindianfashion.in.
To which they replied with a measurement sheet which I was supposed to fill and submit which I didn't submit until **th March and requested them to cancel the order to which they didn't reply until *nd April ****.
Finally they said that order cannot be cancelled as it has already been stitched.
But on *th April ****, I get a whatsapp message from stitching team regarding some queries that they have, post which I request them to cancel the other as it is not stitched yet. The stitching team agrees and tells that as it has not been stitched it has been cancelled.
But after a while they message again that it is already stitched.
I want to cancel this order and want entire amount refunded.
