Travolook Travolook In - Travolook flight booking fraud

I booked flight on *th March **** from Jaipur to Delhi (date of travel – *th March ****) reference no.- REF********* but Travolook didn’t confirm the ticket and replied me that they are cancelling the ticket from backend as Airline has increased the fair and your money will be refunded in next **-** days. This seems a total fraud since they are not refunding the amount even after ** days after multiple followups i made.
