travolook in - travolook failed to confirm my ticket money got deducted Not refunded yet

I had booked my flight dated **th June from delhi to kolkata on **th June through travolook with reference no : REF********.
travolook failed to confirm my ticket though money got deducted. Got a mail that booking is in progress.as it was not confirmed within ** mins I had called customer support and they assured me that I will get a call back from travolook within * hour. They had never called me instead I had to call them multiple times but none received my call. After approx * hours I got a mail that they had cancelled my booking with below reason:
"Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration."
But they have not refunded the fare amount till date.
I was able to connect travolook after several calls, and got to know from customer service representative Dishant Nagpal that they had tried to refund the amount but the transaction got failed and thay will try again. I had requested them to share me both transaction id. Dishant promised me to share transaction id within ** hours. Unfortunately still they have not called.Later I called again Khushbu received that call and she told me to wait till Monday, it will be refunded by Monday EoD. They don't even have escalation point where I can escalate issues.

it's very unfortunate and unprofessional that after committing they neither callback nor return.
