goibibo and marriott - travel booking not honoured

Hi ,
This is with reference to pre paid booking made after making full payment on ** august **** for stay at courtyard by marriott at WTC, Abu Dhabi for *st november **** that was booked through goibibo app and the same was duly confirmed to us vide voucher goibibo Hotel Booking Voucher bookingid GH************** emailed to me.
We called the hotel from the airport on *st november **** after landing at Abu Dhabi today and Mr Nishant Sharma Mobile no. +*** ** *** **** manager of the hotel reconfirmed our reservation and accordingly we booked two cabs from the airport for courtyard by marriott hotel by paying AED ***.
On reaching at courtyard property our passport was duly verified by the front desk executive and than after wasting next ** minutes, the hotel manager mr Sharma proposed to shift us to another property stating that they are overbooked for the day.
We along with kids were shocked to hear this and kept requesting & arguing for next ** minutes but no resolution.
We tried to contact goibibio customer support but were unsuccessful and so dropped a mail to them on *st november ****.
Finally we didn’t have any choice but agreed to relocate as there is a saying “beggars can’t be choosers”
We again travelled for next ** minutes and were movedd to aloft hotels, Abu Dhabi.
Our ordeal continued for next ** minutes to coordinate the check in process at new property aloft hotel as courtyard marriott person have not conveyed the information.
All this undesired hospitality of the Marriott group wasted our plan for the day in addition to putting us to tons of inconvenience and wasting our resources of time & money and caused us the mental harassment and financial drain that we unnecessarily suffered on our Diwali holidays.
We made lots of complains to marriott customer care, goibibio support and makemytrip support but no resolution yet.
You are requested to look into the matter & help us with getting full refund and compensation for all the mental agony & sufferings that we suffered on our international vacation in Abu Dhabi, UAE for no fault of ours, thanks to the so called hospitality of the Marriott group.
Needless to write that I am compelled to escalate the matter at appropriate forum and loop in regulatory authorities since the issue is not resolved yo our satisfaction.
