I had purchased a tour package to Dubai from Travel House Pune, *th, floor, Chetna Apartment, Opp. Kotak Mahindra Bank, East Street, Camp, Pune: ****** for the dates **st April to ** April **** and made them payment by cheque. Two cheques were taken by them one in the name of Travel House Pune of amount **,*** (Ch.No.: **, Bank of Baroda, Camp, Pune) and one in the name of their representative Mr. pushkharaj Bate of amount *,**,*** (Ch.No.:** Bank of Baroda, Pune, Camp). Flight tickets and itinerary was mailed to me which mentioned me and my family's departure from Pune on **.**.**** (*.** pm) and return from Dubai **.**.**** (**:** PM).
On the date of our travel we came to know that the tickets provided to me were booked by them but later cancelled or got got cancelled because they didn't made any payment to them. My trip got cancelled and my money was not refunded. After pleading and after telling them that police complaint will be filed against them I received Rs. *,**,***/-. Rest **,*** they have not paid. It is more than a year. I had submitted an application in Cantonment Police station in Pune under whose jurisdiction this travel house,Pune office come. The policeman over there once called them up and they promised that they willl refund my total amount but it's been more than a year nor are they refunding my money back nor do they talk to me properly or receive my calls also.

After talking to them I came to know that there are many other complaints filed against them by other people also and they are used to such frauds and they know very well that nothing will happen to them.
I have all bank records of payment made and also their mails and printouts of tickets and itinerary provided by them. Still police has not lodged a F.I.R against them. Only once they have spoken to them on phone but nothing happened after that.
