I booked two travel ticket through Happyeasy Go from Chennai to Indore and Indore to Chennai through PNR YJMY*J dated **th April and JLS*WQ dated **rd May **** respectively. Because of COVID-** airline cancel all the flights and refund the money in form of credit shell to agent and airline make a guideline to make a ticket for same passenger in one year. Now I want to make only single ticket and want to utilize the both credit shell amount for single ticket because I have aggregate **** in my credit shell. Happyeasy go denied to do the ticket in this way and asking money excess from one credit shell value. I also raised request for refund but they are not giving my money back. When I called to Indigo, they are saying Happyeasy go will give refund and when I ask to Happyeasy go then thy said Indigo will give money. Both are not doing the refund my amount. I requesting you to please look into this on priority.
