- Travel Agency Fraud ^Open

I have booked a customized umrah package from Yaseen tours and travels on seeing their website on the internet for ***** but their website is just for the show-off. They gave my visa just a few hours before along with the ticket but they booked my return ticket on a different date then what I asked them to do.
Then after arriving in Saudi Arabia he merged me with the third party travels "Alhan Tours and Travels" and I came to know that he did not have full-fledged services. They promised me that they will change my return ticket date but they did not do it. I used to follow up with their owner Shakeel every day but he confidently lied that he will book today, he will book tomorrow and everyday its the same story. He kept on playing his game till the last moment but did not give my ticket. I had to go through a lot of panic due to this. I have suffered through mental stress, my trip was spoiled and I had to buy a ticket on my own expense that had cost me ***** INR. He was a big fraud and lier. his travel agency must be closed.
