Ttd Logistics Private Limited - Transport service is paying me the due amount of my car service from past 6 months

I attached my car with TTD logistics private limited in the month of Feb **** and after driving it for a few days I revoked the attachment after discussion with the transport company. They agreed on the same and asked to wait for ** days to get the amount cleared the total amount was **** approx and they issued a check on my husband's name of only **** saying **** deducted as penalty. I don't know which penalty and it's now September **** I have not received my check yet. It is mental harassment to take time out of the office and visit there office which is ** km away and no clearance yet.
