I paid the membership plan of *,*** INR by Razorpay payment gateway through google pay on *th July to Sangam.com (matrimonial website). My transaction was failed and after * days the transaction was successful and the money has been deducted from my account. I contacted the matrimonial website support team and they told me that we didn't receive any payment till now. They said that please contact your bank so I contacted my bank support team and they said that payment has been already credited to the beneficiary account on *th July. I am requesting you to please review my issue and I hope that you will resolve it.
