My friend transferred an amount of Rs. **** on *th June and I didn't receive any money in my account although on the app it's showing amount has been credited to your account, but when I check balance nothing has come. I called bank they said due to upi technical issues it might take some time. It has been almost ** hours and I need the money I called the bank again they said no such payment has been made kindly check with the person who sent you the money. I don't know what to do. My friend says the amount has been debited from his account and I have nothing to say as in phonepe app it shows that the amount has been credited. When I put a complaint on phonepe they said PNB has confirmed the credit of such amount in the bank. I called the bank and they refused.
