Hi,
I'am writing this in order to register a complaint regarding my delayed refund despite a failed transaction. It's been over ** days and i have still have no trace about my amount. I paid my credit card bill on *nd March **** through Phonepe app,
Money got debited instantly from my SBI account despite showing failed transaction, But even after ** days i have not received my refund back.
I've already tried talking to phonepe customer care executives but as per them they are not responsible for this fault, they suggested me to talk with bank staff but bank people are telling to contact phonepe only because this issue is not related with them as phonepe is a third party app.
Iam not able to understand what to do, please help.

From my sbi Account money is deducted. I did transaction from phone pay. On phone pay it was showing its failed but money is deducted and not credited to receivers account.
