Shariq Ali khan filed complaint against Phonepe And Sbi Bank on Jan 14, 2019
I would like to inform you that I made a UPI transaction on * January **** for the amount ***** from phone pe mobile bank linked with my Sbi bank account and the amount got debited from my account but the crediter has not been credited with the amount.
I have raised several tickets on phonepe, contacted SBI customer several times without any help.
I got a response from phonepe team that they got in touch with the sbi bank and they have confirmed that no amount has been debited, even though I send them a screenshot of the SBI net banking transaction which has been debited.
I going in circles, phone pe is asking me to contact Sbi, Sbi is asking me to contact Phonepe, I am stuck in between.
I am also attaching all the proof that the money has been debited from my sbi account even though the transaction got failed in failed in phonepe

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
