Icici bank credit card has refused to out a transaction under dispute. The complaint was filed on **th November and after a series of the email exchange, I got this response

Greetings from ICICI Bank.
We refer to your communication addressed to ICICI Bank.
We wish to inform you that your query has been registered vide SR*********.

Putting a transaction amount under dispute is my roght. I have shared the screen shot of what was the bill amount that i paid for and what the online portal charged me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
