Myself Mr. Prafull Sakpal & my wife Mrs.Smita Sakpal visited the Club house in Manali, Himachal Pradesh on **th of December **** where we were given a scratch card as promotion offer and asked to visit the center on *st floor where we were guided to give some time and told that you would be free within ** mins to ** mins as well you do not need to pay any amount for the promotional offer.
Then we met Mr. Madhav Bharadwaj (Agent) over there and he guided us about the MEMBERSHIP OF EXOTICA INN AND RETREAT HOLIDAYS for the period of * years with the help of Mr. Karan Majumdar (Manager). At the beginning everything was sounding good with many benefits. They offered free accommodation & breakfast at *star / *star hotels with zero amenity charges (in case of no usage of amenities). They instructed you will receive a welcome kit and card within ** days but we have not yet received the same or anything from company. We received a welcome call but due to network congestion call was not completed on the same day, so after multiple follow-ups from my end received the welcome call on **th December **** from Mobile No. ***********. On a welcome call on **th December **** things were very much different and contradictory. Also the welcome call executive took conference call with Mr. Madhav (Agent) & Mr. Karan (Manager) the statements of both were more contradictory and they also had a rash talk & dispute over the call on a wrong plan pitching to the client and I got the feeling of getting cheated.
So i requested to cancel the plan immediately to Mr. Karan (Manager) over the conference call. Also we were informed that within ** days we can cancel it at any time with no charges. So i requested to return the paid amount of Rs.*****/-(Rs.Thirty Thousand only) which are caused because of this wrong plan pitching which is completely sham and bogus. I have not received anything in return from company till today. You will see multiple feedback against company's fraud on online sites. Please do the needful & give justice to me any many more who suffered because of this fraud company.
