- Tour package not delivered and advance amount not refunded Open
I have done a booking on *th December **** of Udaipur (trip starts from ** dec to ** dec)- which includes hotel and sight seen. I have paid advance INR *,***/- to Emnars international private limited (Pawan Kumar) through online net banking. On ** December Mr. Pawan kumar changed the hotel and inform us that he changed the hotel property and assured us that if we don't like the hotel than he will provide another hotel. On ** the early morning we recahed Udaipur at *:** clock and we called Mr. Pawan for cab service as per our package. But unfortunately the no. was switched off but we got the hotel person no. and he arranged cab for us. When cab person took us hotel and we reviewed hotel it was not good and we would like to move in another hotel. On the other hand we paid INR ***/- to cab. We called Mr. Pawan kumar and his no. was switched off. We are in trouble and after * hour cold weather suffering we booked a Hotel for ourselves and we refused Emnars hotel package and asked for refund. Mr. Pawan kumar refunded only ****/- after * days and blocked our no. Now here we are helpless. And want our **** back from emnars.
