Saffron Caravan
- Tour cancelled by the tour company and money not refunded Open

My wife and I, a resident of Kolkata, had booked a tour to Italy on the **th of June **** from Tuba Fatima who is a director of the tour company Saffron Caravan operating from Delhi. We had decided on a tour package of * Lakh per person (* Lakhs in total for my wife and me) which included filghts, hotels, visa and transport. The travel date was set for **th September ****. We had made a payment of Rs. *,**,*** on June **, **** and the second balance of Rs. **,*** on August *, ****. The remaing value of Rs.**,*** was paid by us for visa. These three components of payments made the total value of our tour package. We have received a receipt for the first payment of Rs. *,**,***. However even after multiple follow ups we have yet not received a receipt for the second payment of Rs. **,***. We had made all the payments through UPI (Google pay). We had received the Visa for travelling a week before the travel date, however when we asked her to provide the travel tickets (flights, hotel and transport) she kept on stalling us till the last day after which she said that there were some problems with her vendors hence she will not be able to send us on our trip. When we asked for a refund then she said that we will receive it in * days which would include all our advances paid to her and the visa fee. However it has been ** days since our travel date now and we have yet not received the same. Would request you to look into the matter so that we get our refund of money as soon as possible. I have attached all our transfers made through the UPI app, one invoice received from the tour company and the visa fee receipt herewith.
