Subject: fraud of **,*** rupees by “Ezii tours” company of Maharashtra.

Name of the employees who coordinated with me for this trip: Vaishali (mobile no. **********), Namrata (mobile no. ***** *****)
Name of the employee who booked the trip: Dhawal (mobile no. ***** *****)

Country for visit: Thailand

Total amount which I have given to them: **,*** rupees (fifty one thousand one hundred eighty four)
Mode of payment: Link send by them on WhatsApp
I would like to bring the following facts to your kind notice:
*. I would like to know you that after booking the trip, I got the itinerary and confirmation receipt for the amount (**,***).
*. But still the hotel vouchers and transportation vouchers were missing that means I didn’t get any proof that they have booked the trip in Thailand.
*. Then I started calling them daily and asked for the vouchers, they had given me different excuses of election in Maharashtra, sickness etc.
*. Then I called in the hotel of Bangkok (The Seasons Siam), and Pattaya (The Seasons Pattaya) in which according to the “Ezii Tours” Company had done booking for all of us but the authorities of hotel denied that there is no booking with the name of any of us. Even I have the recording of the conversation for the same with hotel authorities of Bangkok and Pattaya.
*. Then the owner and employees of the company started ignoring us, be rude to us, even so many times I threatened them to go legal, but they ignored the messages and even stop responding our calls.
*. Then on * November ****, my friend who is advocate and already involved in this matter, he tried to contact them, he got the mail from Mr. Chetan Kelkar (owner of the company) that for some reasons he was unable to book the tour and he will return the whole amount to Priyanka by or before * November ****.
*. In hurry I booked new tour from oyo holidays because I don’t want to waste money of flight tickets which I have already booked by myself.
*. But till now I didn’t get my money return.
*. I have called them so many times but they are not responding.
**. As I belongs to a middle class family, **,*** is very huge amount for me.
**. I am also giving you the details of the owner of the company in the below table:
