I purchased a OPPO F**S PRO*G from tech-q edapally on **/**/****. After * weak my phone sometimes getting hanged and touch not working properly. Due to some personal issues I can't went to service centre at that moment.
I submitted my phone on **/**/**** at OPPO service centre Kottayam (near dharshana academy) and they checked and they said there is no complaint. After one day I got that complaint ones again and I submitted a video proof and they told me to submit. Then it becomes continues for one month and my complaint didn't solved yet . I mailed complaint to the support team (support.in@oppo.com) and customer care. Till I didn't get any updates or they are not trying to find or solve my issue. In a weak about *-* times I am visiting the service centre. I lost my money through buying a poor brand and I lost my salary in that days. I need my money back .i don't need a complaint phone and poor brand.
Please concern my complaint and please do what needful
