IN ** MONTHS @**k km my Tata harrier engine broken down car is in Tata frontier workshop in Karmeta Jabalpur.
Service manager Mr. Manoj bhatt told me that it will not be covered under warranty(while it is) but I would help you in insurance claim and it would be ready in ** days . Now after ** days He is telling me that car is ready and you have to pay ****** now and then take your car and if you don't pic today parking charge will be applied. And if you want insurance claim you will have to leave your car for * months.
I called customer care manager and regional manager but as they said earlier I did that and now they are blaming me on a call recording which was forced me to say.
And there is no help from any one in Tata motors and they are telling me that go ahead and make police complaint our lawyers will face you.
This is actually a mental harrasment from their side in my critical time when I just have got baby and even after owning a luxury SUV I have to travel in scooty for medical treatment with my family including a new born baby.
They are not humen they are professional devil's .
