HDFC Ltd - TOOK EXCESS MONEY AT TIME OF HOME LOAN CLOSING

I took a home loan of Rs *******/- from HDFC Home loan Ropar Branch on **-**-**** and full amount with interest was paid in ** months on **-**-****. Bank official said that an insurance premium of Rs ***** has to be paid by me to the bank for which the installment was Rs ***/- per month. This Rs ***/- was paid by me regularly for ** months consolidating to be Rs *****/-. At the time of full loan settlement Nitin Singla, Deputy Manager of HDFC Home Loan Ropar Branch said that an additional amount of Rs *****/- has to be paid in order to get the pledged property papers released and the excess amount will be credited to my bank account. So the total amount paid to the bank against insurance was Rs******/-(***** + *****) and insurance was only Rs*****/-. The excess amount i.e Rs *****/- (******-*****) was to be credited in my account but I only got Rs ****.**/- and the bank is not returning my remaining amount i.e Rs **,***.**/- (Rs ***** - Rs ****.**). Bank duped me by getting this excess money by telling me that property papers will not be released until I deposit the full amount, please help me get my money of Rs **,***.**/- (***** - ****.**). Moreover, the bank officials are telling me to talk to the insurance company regarding refund but at the time of home loan account opening bank said that the bank has paid Rs *****/- to the insurance company( name of which was not disclosed to us) and this amount of Rs *****/- has to be paid to the HDFC bank only. The bank neither gave me any insurance related documents nor did they tell me the name of insurance company at the time of home loan account opening. The EMI of Rs ***/- was decided by bank itself.
