I have req for airtel broadband connection on march ** ****, and they have took advance rental of *** + **% gst which makes total amout of Rs ****.As of now still the broadband is not yet installed in my location,called the same person who took payment,but not detting any proper response,now i do not want to install that broadband,and want my payment back so please help me with it.
