Richmondd global school - Too much Fees charged

The school charges annual fees every year...and at the time of quarterly fees payment, on the name of development fees, practical charges, IT charges, they charge so much amount from the parents. I want to complain against the Richmond global school, who performs such practices and charge so much fees.
